the sun never sets on dead eyes
it just burns into the retina
let me hold your attention
not forever but just long enough
can you taste the anger
enough to quell the drama
i did it and i'll do it again
if you don't get the reminder
i am never lost
you couldn't find me if you looked
i am locked and tied
but i am an open book
and i have been upon the shelf
and my pages overlooked
i desintigrate
and dust is not mistook
I am burning passion
and the bullet's through the wall
straight into the head
and another victim falls
just let the body lie
as he soaks in his defeat
i was always better with my hands
than i ever was with my feet
