Finding Inner Peace

Whenever a blooming flower I see

A vision of colorful garden

Fills my being with ecstasy.

Whenever pleasant sounds of birds I hear

I begin to visualize a wide, open sky

Without the fear of boundaries I clear.

Whenever self-doubt occupies my mind

Motivational quotes of great, learned men

Give me vigor and warmth to unwind

When the hectic youth begins to vex

Recollection of carefree childhood

Often helps us refresh and relax.

When we are weak and so aged

Recalling the colorful days of youth

Keeps us smiling and engaged.

When the angel comes calling for our soul

We wish for eternal peace

In darkness of grave until the final call.
