Azul
The sky lifts from grey to blue
Just like a rebirth, or revival
Starts with the pitter patter of the past
Small drops that seap into our minds
Unwanted
The umbrellas of our refusal
Open to face the charcoal pits of
Condensation above
Dispair picks up
Lightning strikes
The skies roll
Then suddenly scroll
To reveal a blissful azul
Suddenly you rise to the surface
You take that needed breath
Oxygen calms your lungs
Just like a rebirth, or revival
Your tears dry
It's time to let go
Send it to the sun, the skies
Evaporation
Saved from the rain
From drowning
With your feet on the ground
