A Pair Of Black Eyes
The twinkling black eyes
In the darkness
Uncover the innermost recesses
Of his mind
Many times did I see
The sunrises and sunsets
On the black eyes
Crying babe
Embracing the notalgia
Of his father
With uncured wounds
He was shedding tears
Pull a boat across
my reservoir
Filled with
Tears of yearning
Listening to resounding echoes
Calling his name
Inside my heart
Look into my eyes
Count the oozing thoughts
Of him
Collecting scattered reminisence
Of Him
Waking up my dormant ego
Living around
His untouchable world
Toward the arid wilderness
I run...and run...
To erase his picture
In the air
When I stopped
At the end of the time
There left --
A pair of black eyes
