Angel Gabriel

Poetry By: ecodio
Poetry

Dedicated to an angelic boy friend. It isn't about Angel worshipping. Double metaphor.

Angel Gabriel

Sculptural is the face like
Soaring mountains, deep dark lakes
The Sun, so envious, makes shadows
The wind tickles black wavy silk
Tranquil melody flows and flows

When it smiles, all birds choir
When it winks, all trees dance
When it talks, all flowers bloom
When it looks at me, looks at me
I am in the seventh heaven

Hello angel, was it you?
Delightful news to this world
Virgin Mary and Groom Joseph
Fold your wings and take a rest
You are welcome to my home

I wish you were here
Sharing your wise thoughts
Picking the right choice for me
Sending the warm breath of God
Night and day, no one gets tired
