Life Shattered too soon
Light fading from the world
All is desolate
Darkness covers all
a blanket o're hills and planes
blinding the mind's eye.
A singular flame
once bright with hope and honor
Turned black with deceit.
None left innocent
depression turned to anger
tears of fury fall
gone is the sunlight
vanquished by sinfilled sould.
as hell rose from Earth.
Envy, lust and sloth
wrath, greed, pride and gluttony
seven sins are these
The world turned Dark.
A mirror of today's heart
Never more to fade.
