A lingering kiss.

A moment of true passion,

a window to what can become.

A feeling one can not feel

with out another person.

When your heart is pounding,

wishing that moment will never end.

A kiss that lingers long after it ends,

a kiss that puts any other to shame,

a moment of true weakness.

A passion that can not be lost,

one that needs to be kept lit,

one that makes you over come anything

that is put in your path.

A lingering kiss

for the hopelessly romantic,

its what I feel will come.

When the time is right,

a moment of true surprise.
