Ye fisher-men of old Eire
Hark now unto me.
Bring your nets an' boots an' scraps
and poles along with thee.
Now climb aboard your boats
and leave your goats
and young chiddlers with me.
For I am the watcher
O merry and bright
that dost fill thy soul
With every delight
Should thou not return to home.
