How am man feels, looking upon his love, remembering the good and bad times they have had, but continuing his horrible deed.

I look into your eyes.
I see you laying their.
I look up toward the skies.
And run my fingers through your hair.

You seem to stare forever.
Deep into space and time.
Oh God, how much I love her.
So now I write this rhyme.

Do you remeber walking?
Along the beach at night?
Do remeber talking?
Amongst the firelight?

Your hands, so much like silk.
Hold it gently, locked in mine.
Your skin as white as milk.
Your hair so rich and fine.

I recall the past.
As I look upon your face.
Oh, how long did it last?
You search through time and space.

So still, so still, not moving
Your skin, it now is cold.
So still, so still, not moving.
No longer growing old.

I put away my tool.
Your face seems fixed with hurt.
And so I close the lid.
And shovel on the dirt.
