Are drugs really the solution?

Poem, short and sweet.
Well maybe not so sweet.

I am a junkie,
I inject happiness
The constant 'high' is overwhealming,
No tears, no pain,
Numbing.
Injecting all my problems away,
Forgetting my not so distant past,
Lost weight, but I dont care,
The needle will solve everything.

Thank you.
Drug abuse has really affected my life.
I wrote that years ago.
DX
But I lost my old note book.
