Many sights

And heavy woes

Sit on your shoulders

A heavy load

 

Weighing you down

You’re falling in deep

I give you a hand

A shoulder on which to weep

 

Even when my shoulder is sodden

Ill let you cry on

Even if it lasts

An eternity long

 

Because hopefully you’ll find

That light at the end

All you need

Is the help of a friend
