Why do I feel like this?
It’s ripping me apart

At first I want to be your friend

Then I call you a tart

 

People slag you off

And of course im not your friend

But I feel bad every time I agree

So bad you can’t comprehend

 

I may call you a druggie

I may call you a whore

Because when I talk to you

You can’t help but ignore

 

Sure our fight was months ago

And now we are “enemies”

But in my mind that creates a tug of war

With so many controversies

 

Because I worry about you

Because you’re ruining your life

I just want to end this argument

I just want to end this strife

 

I want to go back to how we used to be

How we told each other everything

And how when you were scared

It was to me you would cling

 

But now you cling to your cigarette

To your XTC

I guess there’s no place in your world

Left for me
