Complacency

As I creep through the darkness I am attacked by abandonment

Complacency has blanketed his actions

Now he is yielding to being their for me

I sit here crying, wishing for his love

He doesn't give in, why is he resisting?

My face is assaulted by tears and my heart is breaking

Past thoughts of him plague me

I am barely existing, emotionally forgotten

I close my eyes vanishing into memories of the past, never breathing another breath of the air that has forgotten me
