We are the damned humanity,
The victims, and the curse,
We suffer plague and pestilence,
Then fight to make things worse.
.
Our natural instinct to survive,
To gather things of worth,
Will lead us all to ruin,
As we tear apart the earth.
.
When we pause from evil labour,
To dream of stars and space,
To dream of things that we might take,
As we leave our fatal trace.
.
We are the damned humanity,
Imprisoned as we're free,
We strain against our binding chains,
And yet so scared of what we see.
.
We cannot live, and cannot die,
And so we are the damned,
Corrupt and evil to the core,
Just like those years we've spanned.
.
We take self-hate, our self-disgust,
as it sends us insane,
for in life's pattern of damnation,
mankind is mankind's bane.
