Tell me as it is - in this real world,
Life is but a serious business;
For it is not calm … with all that twirl
In this real world full of malice.

Some use God to keep peace where they are,
Some use power to play the fool,
Some use politics to fight a war,
Some use race to divide and rule.

Tell me where it is - in simple words
Where dog kills dog and man kills man,
That peasants without fear tend their herds
And we live with joy where we can.

This is a real place - no fantasy,
Bad people and good people strive
They live with their own tendency;
The poor suffer; the rich survive;

There are many who lack basic things
While others live in great glory;
The poor prefer happiness than wings
In this world with a sad story.

Until man repents and bad things cease,
Greed will lead to self-destruction,
And evil destroys the road to peace
In the real world to salvation.
