The gray clouds spread across the sky when in the corner of my eye caught a butterfly. It fluttered across the path and i figured it would just land on the flower to my left, but to my surprise and the dissapearance of my despise it followed along side me like a friend. A hand from god it seemed to lend. I thought really how odd you are. Your so bright butterfly for the misery of this overcasted sky. But a smile on my face gave light to my disgrace as my shoes crunched on the ground as me and the butterfly parted our ways. It landed on a flower and return my mind did to wander as the butterfly fluttered away in that overcasted sky. And not a day will now go by that I won't sit in bed in mid cry when a smile returns to my face because an image burnt to my memory. A color so odd possibly from god crossed paths and caught my eye a butterfly in that overcasted sky.
