This is my entery for Dreamer's Music Video challenge. I picked a poem because I believe the song fitted better in a poem than a novel. I tried it. I'm hoping the Challenge Hostess likes it and that other Booksiers do too! The song was Alana Grace's Black Roses Red

Black Roses Red
White roses lay like wounded men
Scattered by the wind
Cowering from silent footsteps
Creeping close to them
Mascara smudged tears
Flowing down a heartbroken face
Expressions hidden
By a veil of lace
Blackened roses lay like wounded men
Scattered by saddened wind
Cowering from the silent footsteps
Stooping next to them
A blade flashes before their eyes
Slicing smooth pale skin
Tears.Smothered black
While calm eyes resemble ice
Red roses lay like wounded men
Scattered by rough wind
Cowering from a heartbroken teen
Suicidal, next to them
