I Don't Care By Apocolypta (Forbidden's Challenge)

Poetry By: Gadzookziie Spice 99

I used the questions to break up the poem, using some of the original lyrics. I talked about burning flowers and gashes because the picture had a bleeding hand holding burning dasies. I split up the quote, which I hope is ok. Please enjoy :)

I Don't Care (Forbidden's Challenge)
Can I live my life now?
Am I finally free of you?
Can I carry on walking?
Can I finally make it through?
Bleeding gashes in my wrist
Their tears are falling
White petals turning red
I can hear you calling
Are you dead or alive?
Are you near me?
Are you wishing I was yours?
Instead of being free?
Always tried to make you
See my side,
Never did
Can't say I never tried
Can I live my life now?
Am I finally free of you?
Am I safe and sound?
Have I finally got through?
Bitterness like cancer
Eats upon the host
Preying on my angers
What I fear most
Are you dead or alive?
Are you near me?
Are you wishing I was yours?
Instead of being free?
Anger like fire
Silent, deadly, unseen
Creeps among my consciousness
It burns my hatred clean

I watch the flowers burn
Reminders of you
Disappearing as the petals
Burn in red and blue
