A poem about my writing insparation

Raindrops on the window

Sunshine in the sky

Love around my neighbourhood

Or when a loved one dies

Candles lit, a dancing flame

Colours on a car

Trees blowing in harsh winds

Homeless wide and far

Novels on the bookcase

Other peoples words

Signposts or places

The songs of the birds

Melodies on the radio

Kids out at the park

Watching all the people live

Star gazing after dark

The moonlight on the waters

The softness of the sand

The trickling streams behind my house

Things I misunderstand

These things are my insperation
