It's a time me and a friend, sat in her mothers front room, starring at a picture of a rose. It was probably only a minute. Though it felt like a lifetime!

To unravel the textures and explore who's within. Beneath the layers, that are petal thin. As strong as your facade, yet as soft as silk. The thorns that cleverly disguise, what you really think. That others miss, but I see plain. The blotted feelings of hidden pain. Radiating gentle charm, insecurity's don't show. The masses only note your beauty, but I see, I know.
