A Teardrop Fell
In the beginning
There was silence
All was tranquil - all was still
No time was measured, all was one
No movement in the cosmic sea
Nothing, nothing, nothing!
Only stillness…calm…quiet…quiet…
A teardrop fell from heavens heart
Hush…
A single note resounds!
It dances in the air
While giving birth to more
Two droplets clash like cymbals loud
Vibrating waves in heaven’s heart
A melody, a harmony, a symphony is born!
The crashing waves an orchestra
Sound cuts through silence wall
Joy floods the earth a song is heard
Music now comes forth
Through branches and through gullies hear
O’er mountains, sea and sand
The wind it blew, it howled, it cried
A song of exaltation loud!
A hymn of power it shouted out
Music has come forth!
