Confusion of Thoughts
Crisp blue planet rich and full; silver sands with purple hue,
Wandering souls in outer space, endless sun that shines.
Demons hidden from all view; amusements crowd our life,
Noise confusion everywhere, snared in systems web.
Gaudy baubles, shimmering light, mulling crowds into the night,
Drifters lost in timeless maze, none do understand.
Slippery roads not made of ice, sending death through casks of wine,
Like ripples in the hearts of men, inner turmoil finds.
War a business countries play; thus life's cycle flows,
Guns mean profit for the banks. Death! A margins note.
Drunks play cards while addicts sing; TV teaches what is right,
Music keeps us all consoled! Politicians wear their mask!
Lost in whirls of emptiness, forged by hands of woe,
Condemned to eternal blackness, chained in Satan's cell.
