Curtains of Light

Turbulent seas, of beauty I see
Roaring in splendor to all

Winds whipping round, so vibrant alive
Refreshing they feel to my skin

Wonders untold, majestic I see
Waves tumbling off ragged rocks

Music they play, a melody sing
Thrilling my soul deep within

White foamy ripples, like stars in the night
Glimmering sparkling rays

Crashing on shorelines, breaking on rocks
A power to rival the gods

Warm the suns rays - cool the winds breath
Caressing like lovers my skin

Sitting alone I listen to them
They whisper to me wondrous things

Wonders I see in pages unseen
Pictures and feelings forming words

Minds open wide as time is no more
The elements speak now to me

Tales from beyond, songs lost in time
All part of wind and of wave

Opening now my vision within
Traveling through shreds of pure light
