In this padded room

I think of you

Where whispers bounce back with a wink

Telling me you're with another

Disgusted I bury my face

Hoping that I could adjust to this weather

Wishing you would just fade

To never invade

Holding this blade

I was convinced

That I could just cut you away

Where these ties will never be lies

Formed by your perfect mouth

That I will soon despise
