How simplicity is so full in this world, as long as we copy and paste

Needless to apply force, needless to contemplate

Let it take over your place, as I am breathing so freely

Enough for you to regenerate, as I am a virgin consistently

Present me difficulty, as I already have my take

I am ready to copy and paste! Copy and paste!

I chant the words in my mind, confidence overtaken

Writing my paper, but such application is forbidden

Such simplicity should be forsaken

My reluctance resurfaces, so it shall be undertaken

Confidence returns, a smile on my face

I am ready to copy and paste! Copy and paste!

How unfortunate life is, I receive no credit

My employing plagiarism, I feel like a bandit

Why copy and paste, it only brings hurtful revelations

I should withdraw from it, resorting to preparations

But the simplicity recurs in my mind, leading to constipation

Knowing such practice will live on generation after generation

As of now I feel I am too late

My mind can’t stop chanting, “Copy and paste! Copy and paste!
