Milk Is For Kids

It is only liquid with color white, some calcium
Not special
I hate it but love it
I love it ‘cause my 5 year-old son is under its influence
As if keeping quiet while indulging
I can’t keep quiet; my mind is craving for something
I need something
Wait! I need caffeine!
Across from me, my son drinks it
In a glass
Eyes closed
Thinking kids stuff
Enjoying
Me?
I need caffeine
It’s in the cabinet
I can’t take it.
Why?
I have to work early tomorrow
Need sleep
But need a cup of coffee
His eyes meet mines
I hate him
He is laughing…in his mind
I know it
Screw him!
Wait! What am I saying?
I remember now
It’s liquid with color white, some calcium
Not for adults
Especially not for me
Milk is for kids!
