Summer is filled with lots of great things,

With late nights and sleeping in,

Swimming and camping,

With parties and barbeques,

And adventures with friends,

I love the sun on my skin,

The perfect weather for reading outside,

The warmth and the laughter,

I love summer and everything it brings.

Autumn is filled with lots of enjoyable things,

With leaves changing colors,

Baking and thanksgiving,

With raking and raking,

With little kids playing in leave piles,

I love the costumes for Halloween,

The scary stories and monsters,

The movies on the television,

I love autumn and everything it brings.

Winter is filled with lots of fun things,

With snow people and animals,

Snowball fights with friends,

With reading by the fire,

And cozy quilts to make forts in,

I love the fun the snow can bring,

The snow days and breaks,

The holiday music and family gatherings,

I love winter and everything it brings.

Spring is filled with wonderful things,

With school almost ending,

With rains to clean away the cold,

New baby animals and birds,

With new beginnings and life,

I love the spring rains,

The warmth coming back to the earth,

Summer is near and my birthday too,

The flowers in bloom and the fresh new smell,

I love spring and everything it brings.
