With Cuts Motionless Worthless

Poetry By: Henry Duthler

When the darkness is so bright the light becomes but a mere shadow to it.

With Cuts Motionless Worthless

By Henry Duthler

The silence it screams

With such perfect pitch

The echo of the quiet

Cuts deep within the quick

The stagnant air

Motionless, foul and dank

The moment captured

Worthless, erased and left blank
