“When I’m at the Pearly Gates, this’ll be on my Videotape.”
Longed, my heart has, for today
To finally dance
To finally sing with joy
Ears-deep in the music others can not hear
“And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those
Who could not hear the music.”
Clocks, money, even my own limbs - disregarded
Once all things, on days like today, are swallowed
By My Hungry Heart!
Pockets feel so much better now
-Once their contents vacated-
Free legs, free mind, no mind
Now all the free souls gather together
We’ll have some laughs in disregard of our appendages
Though it may come to an end
Everything I’ll lend
-My dear friends, ever and ever-
To live in the present, truly is to live forever
