My arms like wings catch the wind and sunlight within
To allow me the greatest gift of all mankind
To glide like an eagle upon the warm east wind
My legs like springs, unfurl to project me high
To allow me the ability to travel effortlessly
To bounce so high I can touch the edge of the sky
My body like armour, protects me against harm
To allow me the prospect of living a long life
To live and love and hold you within my arms
My mind like open doors to take in life’s span
To allow me to create, learn and be the best I can
To strive and teach the next generation of man
My soul like a well of acquiescent swirling half light
To allow me the peace I search for each day
To complete my being in the vision of gods sight
