With the Wolves

Poetry By: Ichi Clairvoyance
Poetry

This poem is about how I feel at home with nature, although, of course, I am happy with my friends. :) But this should have particular meaning to Wolfie-Sama.

All of my life I've been contained
Forced to live a life of guidelines and expectations
Envied by most, yet accepted by none
None except the wolves and the sun
Only here can I be free- free from cruel imitations
Here, I will never be pained

Running free is all I've wanted
Just to feel the rush of the autumn wind on my face
Adored by all and loved by many
This is my home and my company
These are my true friends- they have taken your place
With the wolves I stand undaunted

Even now I don't regret leaving you
Protected and cherished, at ease in their prescence
With them, this is where I belong
Nowhere near you or the throng
Wolves, creatures feared and respected in esscence
They love me, and I love them, too
