I AND THE MOON
It was night and I was walking fast;
I remembered something of my past.
I looked up at the speckled sky;
It was from earth, very high.
Stars were twinkling in the dark;
There was moon with its mark.
Everything was visible as it was glowing;
Cool air was gently blowing.
Suddenly the moon was gone;
Because the clouds had won.
Then there was thunder, there was rain;
And the moon was glowing once again.
I was wet but the moon was dry;
I looked at him and rubbed my eye.
The moon asked me why;
Do I take a sigh.
I said I don't like the rain;
Coz by it, nothing I gain.
It only makes me sad;
And my health gets bad.
The moon said to me;
You are wrong, can't you see.
If you think something is bad;
Then it will make you sad.
But, it is good if you say;
Then it will make you gay.
For some movements I was mad;
Then I understood what he said.
