-The last letter-

Poetry By: Imagine Words

about a woman who got a letter from her husband, it was sent the same day he died

Watch as the waves drift by
Hear the seagulls as they cry
Water flows in and out
Breathe easy as you pout
Those tears you cry will no longer matter
Not as long as you read that last letter
Let those tears slip away
Don't think of yesterday
Think of today
Because those old days are gone now
And new ones are on their way
