Even now
As I sit here
The last words read
Even now
I feel the magic
That your words have spelled
They keep me captive
Keep me prisoner to your will
Please
Will you read them once more
Pull me into you
And let me be what it is you want
Even now
After the last words read
I am
And always will be
Captive to this magic you’ve spelled.
