Oh, great epiphany, of ecstasy induced,
Dub thee I the truth,
Of intellect and mentality,
And all wisdom produced.

I’ve sought thee through the endless years,
Never known but always cared,
Lost in Lust to Envy’s grasp,
Never falter, never fear.

The black abyss doth open wide,
For me, this hour dark,
If Death, excludes, a blackened veil,
The reapers flock embark.

To see this truth, through clouded eyes,
A shattered soul repeat,
Life and Death, coincide,
This the reapers bleak deceit.

Lest thine eyes obscure the truth,
And rob thee mind, it’s breath,
The only answer to thine thought,
Is a cold and thoughtless death.

wow. that is so amazing! it's hard for me to find appropriate descriptive words to justify this this poem! my favorite part must be the last stanza, its absolutely wonderful.

"Lest thine eyes obscure the truth,
And rob thee mind, it’s breath,
The only answer to thine thought,
Is a cold and thoughtless death."

Bravo on a successfully powerful poem!
thank you and have a very merry Christmas!
