Written during a religious phase of my life.

You were an iron ball and chain wrapped around my ankles superceding my desire for life.

My prayers for extinction never satisfied, and now my light burns on like the sun with the knowledge of your absence and failing grasp.

My fear of you is dead.

Your conquered soul wriggles in agony of defeat.

Angel of death, you will no longer hear my cries for my voice in now deaf to your ears.

My guardian blinds your eyes of my existence and casts you into darkness where you will forever slumber.

You are nothing and will wonder in nothingness.

You will seek and will not find.

For your soul has disintegrated into ash and your body but a shell consisting only of a wicked fool.

Your heart was absent so you tried to fill the void with mine.

You failed.
