A cardboard building
Houses a 1000 dreams
And under a table
Is not what it seems
Many a soldier
Lost in war; torn in battle
A cowboy with lasso
Spends his days rounding cattle
A piece of chalk opens doors
And memory inspires
Dreams of haunting illusion
Full of monsters and pyres
Wrestling with father
To be world title champion
Racing home just in time
To hear the Mickey Mouse Club anthem
The scent of your mother
Can center your worldÂ
And waiting for New Year
On the floor you lay curled
No worlds stood between us
And we stood up like kings
Nothing could stop us
All we had were our dreamsÂ
