Deja Vu - But This Time, It Ain't Me!!

Poetry By: Jacobella22

NaimeAmuro... never again. I don't care for her. There are consequences when you slap someone in the face - it comes back. But I won't be the victim.... I promise myself, family and real friends.

I had a dream,
Of what happened in the future.
And I can already guarantee,
That I won't be the victim.
This has happened before,
But this time it's not me.
It's you, who will be screaming,
And pleading for my help.
It won't happen again,
I promise you that.
I'm not falling for your trap.
Because I've seen what you can do.
You laughed when I fell,
But I won't let that get me down.
You brought me to my knees,
But I'm back on my feet.
It won't be fun,
But I'll laugh anyway.
I'm not trying to be cruel,
But I'm returning the favor.
