To fall in and out of love.
You flitter to and flutter from,
Just feeling a tad bit dumb.
You wake up out of sleep and love,
And act like it's all alright.
You hide your heart and hope for the best,
Praying everything is just a mere test.
You recover from a devastating blow,
Within hours of it's time.
You joke and laugh and say it's fine,
Suddenly claiming your heart was mine.
Just a tad bit drunk on love,
You stutter out those three words.
But much to your dismay,
I've deemed those words cliche.
