Ask and You Shall Receive,
If only we continue to believe.
Having eternal faith to see you through,
Please God I really need you.
I need help this time...
My children's lives are on the line.
Please show me where to go and what to do,
I am completely trusting in you...
Ask and you shall receive, I am begging you see,
Please for all of my sins forgive me.
Knock and it shall open...
I am knocking, praying and hoping.
Please God hear my prayers tonight,
And safely watch over my children and loved ones until morning light.
Please I need you now more than ever...I always do.
Please God let me walk with you.
I'm not asking for myself you see.
I'm asking for my babies.
We need you now and forever...
Looking for a rainbow to follow the rain, the stormy weather.
Praying that things work out right,
Praying all day and way into the night.
My babies, not really babies anymore-
Are my life-the only reasons to live for.
I love them with all of my heart and soul...
So much more than they'll ever know.
So I am asking you please,
Lord make everything okay,
And let me be a mother to my world for another day.
