I wrote this after one of my closest friends lost his girlfriend.

I look at you
You look at me
Lying on your bed
You smile sweetly
You close your eyes
I wipe my tears
They check your pulse
I realize my fears
You feel so cold
But look so warm
Though you’re gone
I sense your charm
I feel pain
That may never go away
Why god
Why couldn’t she stay
You took all I had
And I got nothing in return
So let’s just watch
Watch as I burn
I’ll burn in hell
‘Cause suicide’s a sin
But what’s the difference
My heart is burning from within
My family’s gone
And so are my friends
What happened
What happened to their happy ends
They didn’t want to die
But you took them away
You took them all
Away from me
If everything I love
Ends up going away
Tell me why
Why I should stay

WOW, great poem! I don't believe suicide is the solution to life, although sometimes it feels like it... but wonderful poem non the less. I like poetry, as well as any writing that ends depressing. I don't know, it just triggers the emotions or something, and gives me the adreniline. Good work, keep me updated with any writing you may post =)
