A rose is a beautiful flower,

Blooming in grace and glory.

It opens its gorgeous face to the sky,

"Here I am Lord, here am I!"

It brings joy and beauty to the world.

It resembles love to lovers, young and old,

And friendship to those who give or receive.

A rose is a sweet smelling perfume

That only God can make

And no factory can perfectly imitate.

A rose, whether big or small,

Will always tell the ones who pass,

"Praise the Lord who made me,

For this glory is not really mine,

But God loaned it to me to make me shine!"
