The things we take for granted,

With the flick of a switch,

From a hot water shower,

To the way we dig a ditch.

We tend so often to forget,

How much the Lord has blessed,

Taking care of every need,

Without a day of rest.

So, thank God for the little things,

The medium and the big,

Freedom, cars, MasonTM jars,

And guardians with wings.
