Once, I dreamed of a world so dark...
Of babies screaming from sickness and death.
I saw the blood of Christ,
and Christ it burned as it boiled my soul
till I could not breath...
till I could not breath...
I saw the last animal,
it was not a man
but simply a greed driven parasite
which devoured its own.
I could not help but wonder if this was for real
as I saw the gravy pour of hot molten lava
from a black core;
I watched young soldiers with child like faces
march to their deaths.
As they marched by someone shouted:
"Eyes right!"
...and the eyes screamed back EMPTY!
...and the sockets bled dark hell of night!
I saw the sadness of a million dead souls;
I smelled the putrid odor of flesh on their bones
when I felt the arm of a child tug me,
but what I saw the child holding,
I could not help but gasp!
It was a skull imprinted by the inferno of napalm death
because once I dreamed of a world so dark-
where man had swallowed itself
in the womb of stupidity...
where man had swallowed itself
in a time of no turning back...
NO CHANCE TO CHANGE
NO CHANCE TO REDEEM
Just a chance to be glad this was only...
A dream.
