The Sword
A Fictional Poem
(Tern, usually a gentle and energetic boy, can be fierce in battle.)

I'm gentle, I'm a gentle boy, see
But I'm tough when I need to be
I use this sword to protect my friends
From monsters in battle, I have to contend
This sword is special to me
Given down by my Grandaddy
By the name of the sword
By the name of the sword
There are many dangers lurking in the
Deepness of the woods
From ice witches to mountain lions
I think I should
Always take a sword
Lest there be perils more
They say; “Don't go alone
Don't Leave Takaaki Kingdom”
A town in which I live
“Without a sword, or without your friends
Because dangers lurk within
The unknown lands and wilderness
I take this very serious
Whilst I'm on the way
To find flowers in my day,
Which some of them bring miracles
And to get through the obstacles
I have to reach a decision
And bring a sword, beautiful with precision
