I can't find you no matter where I seek

I can't find you and I've been looking for several weeks

But you could be anywhere

You could be here or there

You've made me lonely twenty-one times ten squared

That's how much I miss you

I need to see my Doctor

But he never stays around

He rarely stays around long

Never on the same ground

He is always moving on

He has experienced a lot of history

And sometimes he has shared those memories with me

But he seems saddened by them sometimes

And his face looses some of its shine

But maybe someday I will travel with him

What a wonderful thrill that would be

To get to see all the places that he sees

But I think he could travel much longer than me

Some day I know that I will get to see him again

And he will have a lot of stories to tell

There's no telling where he will have been

And I know that he will go back to those places again
