Now How Do You Feel? By: J. L. Moreaux

Poems calm as poems may...

But do they have meaning at the end of the day?
We say they do, but do they might
As the wind blows they show us the fight.

We have such emotions to let out here today
When can we say all of the emotions we need to say?
But in a poem we can, thats what we do
It's a growing epidemic that seems so blue.

Another thought sent into the paper.
We take them down like they are notes in a class.
But are we really feeling them by the shaper
Of another growing mass?

The emotion is not a note, but a feeling sent deeper into one's soul or mind.
We cannot keep them, nor leave them behind.
They just are and we have them forever.
Weither we want them or have them in mind.

So, you are saying that many people can write it, but certainly don't live by it?

Do people right a poem and forget it by the end of the day?

can a poem really truly express ones emotionals?

random thoughts.

So many writers do not like critiques, criticisms or advice, only rah rahs!. I love it...all of it, others not so much...maybe it's because they are hurt that someone didn't see a view the same way or took it too personally.

Ah. Yes. A critique is the only way to get better. I am the toughest critic on my own work. That is how you get better. I'm certain you understand what I'm talking about, as your words have demonstrated such. :D
