Deep breath,
Cool air engulfs my lungs.

A new day,
Chance and hope bright and young.

Eyes bright and wide,
Filled with fluttering allure,
Sun gleaming and radiant,
Fog teeming with life so pure.

A new day,
A small breeze or quiet tide.
☼
A twitch to the nose,
A bubbly sensation, an adventurous ride,
A sweet smell of petals, grass, and sunshine,
A wondrous phenomenon that’s all mine.

A new day,
Beauty everywhere,
A feeling of inspiration, a feeling to dare.
☼
A tingle in my ear,
A whimsical song that I hear,
A chirp here, a chirp there,
A sing-song melody coming from somewhere.
☼
A brand new day,
A marvel, spectacle,
A celebration of wordplay.
☼
A tickle of softness,
From the heart of a flower,
The gentleness of grass,
A morning shower.
