Blood doesn’t fall far from the core
The soul can only take so much,
before it cracks and breaks apart
I lay down in the dark of an empty room
My soul is screaming for you
Can you tell me truth behind any lies?
I do not want to be confused anymore
Will you please help me see the light?
How many days will it take
for my heart to beat normally?
Do you really love me?
I love you, now please do not go
I wish you were here with me,
so you can save me from a place I am scared to be
I was betrayed by a man I call friend
He tells others to tell you to leave
I do not know if he wants me dead
But if you leave you know I will be
Please do not leave!
Can you ensure me that everything will be alright,
When judgment comes to see who will live or die?
I want to hold you until I am drained of life…
