"THE HONOURABLE BATH"
Scrub, scrub, scrub!
Squat and wash.
Rinse and steel.
Fire arouses every capillary.
Skin dots itself everywhere.
Toes tingle in flaming reds.
Legs sear with spiked heat.
The family jewels shrivel.
Back and arms melt together.
Only the head gapes and yells!
A nimbus atomic-like
vaporizes aloft -
While bathers, motionless,
meditate . . .
On volcanic cones,
beneath emblazoned derrieres!!!

I really relate to this poeom in my own experience in life. The hot bath or the sweet log or sauna is a very purifying way of gettking out toxins. It lets go of the stress but makes you feel like the king on his throne.
The money you steel or the family jewels all seem to evaporate when you sweet out the black death jewel of greed. Greed does not exist when you sweet out and bath between the toes and get that blood boiling up inside you. When the blood moves and the body is in harmony with that cirlce of the beautiful heart pumping the greed disapears. The depressiona and the denial can go away to, but you have to keep it up not just one bath or suana but every day.
It opend the tributaries of the rivers of the arteraries and it aloows the little rivers in teh body to come out of hidding.
When the head gapes and yells it is saying i am surendering to my selfish deeds I am wanting to be freee from my ill temper and my anger traped.
Then your diary page of the day is clean and you can say good by to the negaqtive around you. as if it doesnt exist. Cause it really doesnt exist if it is not in you, how can you see it in that state.
It is good for depression and finding answers to your latent potential.
I love this poem it makes me feel like getting
a bath with salts and slowly adding more hot water.
I dont feel afraid of the heat I will know when my mirrow is happy and my eyes are finally un stuck and open to see agian and my back is straight and my thoughts are forgiving.
